my good friend L.Lee has this tissot watch with multi functions and one of this is the compass. i just learned today that using a compass it would always lead you to North, i have never used a compass before so i really had no freaking idea, so it goes like this.. holding your compass on a stationary position and the arrow would always point to the north side, so if the arrow is like pointing on a 3:15 it would look like this (hehehe talagang may drawing ^^)
so here comes my (igno) question...
YabY: so how does the compass know where North is?
L.Lee: its because of the magnetic force of the earth
YabY: ah (blankly staring at him)

L.Lee: what's that?
YabY: you don't know voltes V? its a very famous anime!

YabY: ok how about Daimos?

since one of my team mate is a true blooded muslim.. i ask her why is she not wearing any todong [the scarf/veil like] at all..
YabY: i just need to ask why are you not wearing any todong?
Syu: it is by choice but by right we should wear it when the right time comes
meaning.. it could be say after they got married, maybe perhaps when they turn 40, or for others sorts of reason that of course only they can tell... but in the end they would be and gonna be wearing it somehow, just on the perfect timing.
YabY: how many times do you pray?
Syu: 5 times
YabY: do you really have to be on the Surau or in the Mosque?
Syu: not really as long as you have place that is clean, a clean cloth where you can kneel and the rest is done
YabY: so what if you are in a foreign land and there's no mosque or no praying place, how do you know where to face and pray? [coz you see when the muslims pray they have to be facing on the direction where the Koran Mecca is]
Syu: i usually bring a compass
so there you go it all goes back to the compass..
i guess a compass is somehow useful, maybe i should think of buying one... nuninuninuninu....
